We would like to invite you to our social fitness bootcamp and brunch this Saturday at the Bay Run. Everyone is welcome. The bootcamp will involve circuit exercises led by Darren Lau, our smiley fitness drill master, and will accommodate to all fitness levels. There is also the other option to join a few of us to walk around the Bay.
Meet at 8.00am in front of Le Montage for 8.30am start.
Brunch will be at the UTS Rowing Club nearby. You will need to bring your driver license or ID.
